Project Objectives
This project was created for Synapse 2.0, a clinical decision support platform designed to help healthcare providers improve telemedicine workflows, collaboration, efficiency, and patient care.
The goal of the video was to explain how Synapse 2.0 supports urgent neurological care, especially in telestroke situations where speed, clarity, and coordination matter. The animation needed to show how the platform connects on-call neurologists directly with spoke sites, supports communication during emergency calls, and uses ambient AI to reduce documentation workload.
The objective was to turn a complex healthcare technology solution into a clear, engaging, and easy-to-follow animated video.
Content Planning
The video was structured around a realistic clinical scenario: a hospital team contacting an on-call neurologist about a new stroke patient.
This approach helped make the platform feel practical instead of abstract. Rather than listing features in isolation, the content showed Synapse 2.0 in action — from the first urgent call to documentation, imaging access, analytics, and broader neuroscience care coordination.
The narrative highlighted key platform benefits, including emergent neuro call support, ambient AI documentation, EHR connectivity, imaging integrations, video application compatibility, and premium analytics.
Production
The project was developed as a 2D motion graphics animation, allowing the platform’s features and healthcare workflows to be explained with clarity and visual structure.
Animation was the right format for this project because it made it easier to simplify complex clinical processes, show digital interactions, and guide the viewer through multiple product benefits without overwhelming them.

Post-Production
In post-production, the video was shaped into a polished animated explainer with a clear rhythm and professional tone.
